This year’s Jerusalem Marathon is taking place on March 17, 2017, and once again team Matnat Chaim will be there!
For the second consecutive year, our team will be taking part in the marathon to raise awareness of the need for living kidney donations. We will run together – kidney donors, recipients, family members and friends, and anyone who wants to take part, and we will show everyone that we can “donate and keep on running”!
Want to join us?
All you need to do is sign up for the Marathon on their website. In the Registration Code field, enter goljem17 and in the Club field write Matnat Chaim. On the day of the race we will meet to distribute the running kits (no need to pick them up individually) and the team shirts.
Runners can sign up for any of the tracks, but those who are interested in running as a group should sign up for either the 5km competitive or the 10km heats.
Once you’ve signed up, please send a mail to Nir at nirharitan@gmail.com to confirm, and list your email, mobile phone number and shirt size.
Want to help kidney patients even more? You’re invited to help us raise money via the running team, as many non-profits do. Anyone who raises 1000 NIS can have their registration fee refunded! Details to follow.
