Many Matnat Chaim kidney donors gathered on Shabbat Teruma for an uplifting Shabbat together in Jerusalem.
It is difficult to express the intensity in words. An enormous hall filled with altruistic donors from every sector who gathered to give glory to this enormous mitzvah- saving the lives of kidney patients in Israel.
The people at the gathering all charged up their batteries. Everyone was ready to proceed with renewed strength towards the vision- eliminating the waiting list for kidney transplants in Israel. Thanks very much to Rabbi Yishayahu Heber and his wife Rachel who have saved the lives of hundreds and changed the lives of hundreds of others for the better.
