On March 2, 2016 an evening dedicated to finding a kidney donor took place in Emek HaMaayanot. Etti Chen Briar, a member of Kibbutz Nir David in need of a kidney, organized the evening with the hope of finding a kidney donor for herself. The speakers included Etti herself, several kidney donors, Prof. Eitan Yefe Nof who is a member of the Matnat Chaim medical panel, a kidney recipient, family and friends.
The audience was attentive and inspired and at the end of the evening many of them filled out forms to see if they could be a match for Etti or for other kidney patients. Good luck to everyone!
