Rav Dovid Ostroff is joining the family of Matnat Chaim as Rabbinical advisor and Posek.
Rav Dovid Ostroff was born in South Africa and has been teaching Halacha to people all over the world since 2001.
He studied at the Kol Torah Yeshiva under the leadership of Hagaon Rav Shlomo Zalman Auerbach zt”l, with whom he had a very close relationship. To this day, Rav Dovid learns b’chevruta with Rav Ezriel Auerbach shlit”a.
Since 1996, he also serves as a Moreh Hora’ah under the auspices of Rav Sternbuch, shlit”a. Rav Ostroff currently teaches at and is co-principal of the Maor Seminary.
In the bginning of 2020, Rav Ostroff donated a kidney through Matnat Chaim.
